> CutLuma is a free online video editor that runs in the web browser (nothing to install). It has a multi-track timeline, a studio screen recorder (screen + camera + mic, auto-zoom, silence removal), AI captions in 17 languages including right-to-left Arabic, AI voiceover, long-video-to-shorts, templates, a stock library, green screen, background removal, keyframes and share links. Free vs paid: the editor, recorder, templates, stock library and export are free (free exports carry a small watermark). AI features use a monthly allowance of "AI time" included in the paid plans.
