قالب فيديو: المقلوبة على أصولها

A home cooking class in Levantine dialect: “على أصولها” in Lemonada, lesson four is maqluba, taught in four numbered step photos (fry the aubergine and cauliflower, layer vegetables, chicken and rice, a low flame, then flip it while everyone holds their breath). At the end a pot turns over onto a tray and lifts off the rice in one piece: “it came out whole? a zaghrouta from auntie”. Drop in your four photos and retype the steps for any dish.
