Does cropping lose quality?
Only the part you cut away. The rest is exported at the resolution of your project, up to 1080p on the free plan.
Can I crop out a watermark?
Yes. Zoom in slightly and move the picture so the corner falls outside the frame.
Is this different from resizing?
Resizing changes the shape of the canvas; cropping chooses what stays inside it. In CutLuma they live in the same Resize tool, so you can do both at once.
