Is there a file size limit?
No fixed limit, but very large files take longer to open and export. Chrome and Edge handle big MOVs best.
Will converting lose quality?
The export is re-encoded at the quality and resolution you choose, up to 1080p on the free plan and 4K on Pro.
My MOV will not open. Why?
Some MOVs use HEVC (H.265) or ProRes, which not every browser can decode. Try Chrome or Edge, or export the clip as H.264 from your phone first.
Can I convert MP4 to MOV?
