Prep ticket rail video template

The day’s prep as kitchen tickets on a steel pass rail: a white cold-side chit and a yellow hot-side chit drop under a huge PREP LIST, lines get struck off in red, a doors-in countdown rolls and a RUSH stamp slams on. Rewrite the stations, quantities and the countdown.
