Open house sign-in video template

An open-house sign-in sheet on a clipboard: four visitors write themselves in, each in a different hand and pen, a “you?” waits on the next line, and a frame at the bottom takes your own QR code with a placeholder pattern until then. Change the address and hours and drop in your QR.
