Trailer titles, end credits, festival laurels, cast line-ups, review scores and behind-the-scenes sheets for filmmakers, fan pages and critics.
About these templates
Cinema has a visual language everyone can read: letterbox bars, a billing block, laurel wreaths, a credit roll. This category hands you those pieces. A 16:9 trailer sequence cuts black title cards into your footage and ends on a huge title and release date. End credits roll beneath your last shot. A festival poster carries three gold laurels with a still, and a cast line-up raises four arched headshots with names and roles. For people making something, there is a call sheet, a six-panel storyboard, a screenplay page in proper format, a casting-call flyer and a “how we shot it” set diagram.
People who watch rather than shoot are equally well served. Review a film with a popcorn-bucket score or a critics-versus-audience split, rank every episode of a season from S to D, pin a fan theory to a corkboard with red string, fill in an awards ballot, post a monthly watchlist or count down to a finale. The 16:9 overlays add director commentary, a reality-TV confessional strap or a “previously on” recap to your own clip. Theatre and comedy get a programme cover and a stand-up tour poster. Most designs are 9:16; square, 4:5 and 16:9 are included.

Make them work harder
Cut the trailer to three beats
Setup, turn, title. The trailer sequence has black cards between your shots; write each as five words or fewer and let the footage do the rest.
Credit real people first
A credit roll is where a short film or vlog thanks its crew. Type the real names, then add the joke credits; people share videos that name them.
Keep spoilers off the first frame
Tier lists, fan theories and recaps travel beyond people who have seen the show. Open on the title and put the reveal after the first second.
Questions? Answers.
Are the film video templates free?
Yes. Open any design with a free account, edit the titles and add your footage. The free export is an MP4 with a small watermark, and paid plans drop the watermark.
Can I make a trailer for my short film?
Yes. Drop your shots into the 16:9 trailer sequence, rewrite the title cards and set the title, date and billing block. Add your own music on the audio track.
Which templates are 16:9?
The trailer title sequence, director commentary, reality confessional and “previously on” recap are 16:9. The others are vertical, 4:5 or square.
Can I use movie posters in a review?
The templates provide empty poster frames; what you place in them is your choice. Use artwork you are allowed to share, or your own photo of the ticket or screen.
